The Xtractor Recon has been designed to complement the Sonik carp lure range, now with a shorter transport length of just 30 inches (76cm), whilst still maintaining the high performance of a 42 inch lure. This has been achieved through both the lure arms and the telescopic handle construction. The lure features a three-section telescopic handle with glued and fixed grips for maximum reliability.

The spreader block ("Y" connector) is made of nylon and hard glass, ensuring easy handling and a quick release system. The net is made with reinforced mesh on the sides, and the base is made of super soft mesh that does not hurt the fish's skin, dries very easily and does not retain water for a long time. The generous depth of 95cm ensures a perfect balance for temporary fish spawning and fast movement through the water.

The handle is equipped with a non-slip grip, which provides a firm grip during use even when your hand is wet. It is recommended that after bringing the fish into the lure, it should not be lifted by the tail, but rather grasp the "Y" connector with one hand and the textile net with the other, or in the case of capital catches, remove the arms from the "Y" connector and transport the fish in the slightly rolled head of the lure (without handle), to the receiving mat.
